Automatic Wafer Baking Machines

Automatic wafer baking machines for the fully automatic production of flat and hollow wafer sheets. Equipped with baking plates for the production of flat wafers with fine, medium or deep reeding, with company logo or special engraving. Baking plates for the production of hollow wafers in the shape of i.e. wafer sticks, wafer spheres or wafer nuts in a huge range of designs.

Wafer Baking Machine BAC
This wafer baking machine, appreciated within the trade as the best in the world, is available with a maximum of 150 baking tongs and a capacity of up to 65 wafer sheets per minute. Baking plate size up to 730 x 350 mm.
 

Baking Tong Frame
The steam pressure produced during the baking process results in many millions of load alternations in the course of its years of productive life, which are all borne by a solid baking tong frame. Even after many years of operation the baking plates are extremely easy to readjust.

Partition of the heating chamber
The burners arranged in the center of the baking machine are separated from the outer area by additional bulkheads.
 

Wafer Baking Machine WAQ
Depending on the required capacity, the machine can be fitted with a maximum of 76 baking tongs, having a capacity of up to 40 wafer sheets per minute. The modular design allows to subsequently increase the machine’s capacity at any time up to the above-mentioned maximum. Baking plate size up to 500 x 350 mm.
