Wafer Production Plants Compact
HEBENSTREIT plants of the COMPACT series are the answer to all cost-saving compromise solutions made in low-wage countries. We have maintained the significant quality features which are characteristic for HEBENSTREIT high-capacity plants that are:
	Mounting of the baking plates in a solid baking tong frame. Even after long years of operation the baking plates are very easily adjustable in order to keep a constant thickness of the wafer sheet over the entire surface.
	Modular design with the possibility of increasing the capacity later on by extending the wafer baking machine from 32 to 64 baking tongs.

The fully automatic plants of small and medium capacity of the COMPACT series are offered in two versions:
	COMPACT 32 with automatic wafer baking machine WAC 32 Output: approx. 160 kg of cream-filled wafers per hour
	COMPACT 64 with automatic wafer baking machine WAC 64 Output: approx. 320 kg of cream-filled wafers per hour

	COMPACT plants grow with your business: Doubling of capacity on account of modular construction – designed and made in Germany! The complete production plant is controlled by means of a central control cabinet. The operating touch screen serves for the adjustment and display of all necessary process data for the whole production line.




	Automatic Wafer Baking Machine WAC with either 32 or 64 baking tongs Reeding as per request Baking plate size up to 500 x 350 mm Heating by means of natural gas or propane/butane






	Wafer Spreading Machine AKC Fully automatic cream application using the contact method and fully automatic stacking of the wafer sheets according to the preselected wafer sandwich composition.




	Wafer Sandwich Cooling Tower KTC with Wafer Cutting Machine SBC Depending on the subsequent further processing, the wafer sandwiches are cut as single sandwiches or as sandwich stacks. For this purpose, the sandwiches are fed through the first cutting frame and then through the second cutting frame located at right angles to the first. For changing to another product having different cutting sizes the cutting frames are easily exchangeable.
