Malt Rings / Beersnacks

Extruded malt ring snacks can be made from corn and malt kernels. It is also possible to use beer spent grains, which are produced in large quantities in beer production. Depending on the amount of malt raw materials used, the snacks have a more or less pronounced malty, bitter or charamelous taste and a brownish color.
