For this purpose, the cleaned cereal grains and legumes are prepared, mixed with other raw materials, extruded and seasoned. Special Products

The innovative manufacturing process enables the processing of various raw materials in the form of whole grains, free-flowing granules, semolina and flours (> 300µm). This allows the production of a large number of products and semi-finished products. Various types of grain, legumes, vegetable and fruit fibers, starches, sugar, animal raw materials (e.g. pork rind granules, insect powder), dried milk components and protein powder can be used. One focus is the processing of by-products from other production processes (e.g. fruit, vegetable fibers, beer grains, pomace) into high-quality snacks and semi-finished products.

Pet Food

Pet food for dogs, cats, rodents, fish and horses can be extruded from cereal raw materials, animal meal and spices. Colourings and oils can be added to the extruder during the process. Vitamins and flavors are usually only applied after drying.
