The innovative manufacturing process enables the processing of various raw materials in the form of whole grains, free-flowing granules, semolina and flours (> 300µm). This allows the production of a large number of products and semi-finished products. Various types of grain, legumes, vegetable and fruit fibers, starches, sugar, animal raw materials (e.g. pork rind granules, insect powder), dried milk components and protein powder can be used. One focus is the processing of by-products from other production processes (e.g. fruit, vegetable fibers, beer grains, pomace) into high-quality snacks and semi-finished products.
